  • Venue/hall information (for venue owners)
  • Booking and event details
  • Payment transaction records (advance payments)
  • Photos and venue descriptions uploaded by venue owners
  • Device information and browser type
  • Location data (when you grant permission, for nearby venue search)

2. Financial Information

To facilitate payment tracking, we may store:

  • Transaction reference numbers
  • Payment amounts and dates
  • Payment status (advance paid, pending balance)

We do NOT store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or UPI PINs. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay, our PCI-compliant payment partner. Financial details entered during checkout are transmitted directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process bookings and facilitate venue reservations
  • Send booking confirmations and payment reminders via WhatsApp and email
  • Verify user identities and prevent fraud
  • Provide venue owners with booking analytics and insights

4. Push Notifications & WhatsApp Alerts

We use WhatsApp Business API and email notifications to send you real-time updates regarding your activity, such as:

  • Booking confirmations and cancellations
  • Payment receipts and reminders
  • New enquiry alerts (for venue owners)
  • System updates and service announcements

You can opt out of non-essential notifications at any time by contacting support.

5. Crash Reporting & Analytics

We use analytics and error-tracking services to improve app stability and user experience. This may include:

  • Error logs and stack traces
  • Device model, browser version, and OS version
  • App/page state at time of error
  • Anonymous usage metrics

This data helps us identify and fix issues. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.

We do NOT sell your data. We share information only:

  • With venue owners — your booking details and contact information so they can prepare for your event
  • With service providers (Razorpay, Supabase, Vercel) to operate the platform
  • When required by law or legal process
  • With your explicit consent

  • Supabase (Authentication, Database)
  • Razorpay (Payment Processing)
  • Google Sign-In (Social Authentication)
  • WhatsApp Business API (Notifications)
  • Vercel (Hosting and CDN)
  • Google Maps (Venue location and mapping)
